Pre-Planning Stage
Whether you require services for domestic or commercial projects, we have you covered. We provide a free appraisal to detect the scope and likelihood of your project being approved and viable to build. This is normally done in person on-site. In some cases, we even speak to planners before making any moves to get a feel for their tolerance.

There are many different kinds of planning applications, and some domestic projects require no planning permission as they can fall under permitted development rules. We identify the best planning route and submit formal planning applications on your behalf.

Design and access statements and other documents
Cooperating with planners
Post-Planning
This is when we work with trusted engineers to provide all the details you need for building control approval. These are highly detailed drawings for builders to quote and build from. We submit building control applications and work with other professionals to get SAP calculations and other documents necessary for building control sign-off.
